I finally decided to put the yoga wheel set I got for Christmas to use. I followed a routine I found on Youtube by a wonderful creator named Natasha.

TV Stand – Sleek white TV standing that will hold your TV and look nice without a cabinet
3 Shelf Lamp – 3 shelf white lamp that is cute and decorative. Hue color bulbs are not included
Honeywell Air Purifier – Keeping my air clean while I practice 
I’m sure I’ll be back on the wheel. This gave me a lot of relief in my back and it also challenged me in some poses. Would love to see how strong I can get in these poses moving forward.
